Everyone has the capacity for leadership. It looks different for all of us, but we can all be leaders by focusing on our strengths, learning to work with others, and impacting our community. Learning, refining and practicing leadership skills in college will not only make you more marketable to employers, but will make you more effective in the classroom and will enhance your overall Concordia experience.

Start your leadership journey with LeadNow, Concordia's leadership development program for all students.  If you are interested in taking on more responsibility, there are a multitude of leadership opportunities available. Our May Leadership Internship offers specific experience for those holding leadership roles on campus.
