Driver Registration Form
In order to drive a campus vehicle, students must complete a Driver Registration Form each calendar year.
This form must be returned to the Office of Risk Management at least 1 week before driving a campus vehicle.
Students who fail to complete the form and online driving test, or who fail to be approved, will not be allowed to use campus vehicles.
Reserving Campus Vehicles
Student organizations who have had their trip approved may email or call Transportation Services at email@example.com or #3259 to reserve vehicles for their off-campus trip.
Students MUST make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call Transportation Services as soon as possible, to avoid being charged.
