*As of January 11, 2013, new student organization application materials can be submitted but will NOT be reviewed for official recognition until October 1, 2013. The current policy for student organization recognition is under review by Student Affairs staff.

Until the policy has been formally reviewed, new student organizations will only be eligible for initial rights as stated in the policy on student organizations. These rights include:

  • The right to reserve Concordia facilities for the purposes of holding initial organizational meetings
  • The right to publicize group meetings
  • The right to invite membership

Questions pertaining to the review of this policy can be directed to Nathalie Rinehardt, Assistant Director of Student Involvement, nrinehar@cord.edu.
