Please plan ahead when submitting check requests for invoices, to ensure that the place of business receives their payment in a timely fashion.

Receipts and invoices are required for all check request forms
 

Documentation
A check request form as well as receipts and invoices are required for all checks. For all payments, documentation should be stapled to the back on the payment request.  Any information you would like sent with the check should be paper-clipped behind the payment voucher, including letters, envelopes, remittance slips, etc. 

Turn in check request forms and paperwork to the Student Business Office, located in the Parke Student Leadership Center (2nd Floor of the Campus Center
