Dining Services

Grab your friends after choir rehearsal or your soccer buddies after an afternoon practice and enjoy a tasty meal and good company at DS. Our college-owned and operated Dining Services has a history of serving high-quality food at reasonable costs. In fact, our meal plans are some of the most affordable among comparable schools.

Dining Services offers six services, including all-you-care-to-eat residential dining, The Maize short-order cafe, the Korn Krib convenience store, the Coffee Stop coffee shop, concessions at games and events, vending throughout campus and full-service catering. Your parents can even use our Love from Home Care Packages to send you special snacks and treats.

Eating on Campus

Sit down in Anderson Commons in the Knutson Campus Center for a meal of your choice, all while enjoying the company of friends. Our menu features a wide variety, including hot entrees, salad and sandwich bars, pasta and more.

If you’d like to plan ahead for your meals, try our easy-to-use program NetNutrition. If you have special dietary needs, contact one of the four dietitians at 218-299-3706.

Meal Plans
With a meal plan, you’ll be able to have a meal or a snack any time Anderson Commons is open. Our plans vary from a constant pass with unlimited dining access all the way down to individual meal tickets. With the purchase of a meal plan, you’ll also receive Dining Dollars, account funds for purchasing food at The Maize, Korn Krib, the Coffee Stop, concession stands and most vending machines. You can add additional funds to your Dining Dollars or you can add money to your Cobber Cash account. All plans and accounts are accessed through your ID card.

Dining Portal

The dining portal allows you to check the balance of your meal plan, Cobber Cash and Dining Dollars. Cobber Cash and Dining Dollars can be added thought the portal. To charge Dining Dollars to your tuition statement, they need to be added on the myhousing site.
