Travel Meals

Students on the unlimited meal plan are eligible to receive travel meals when off campus for college related activities. To order a travel meal, students must fill out the travel meal form and have it signed by a coach or faculty member overseeing the trip. Travel meals will be comprised of nonperishable components selected to provide a satisfying replacement for the meal(s) you will miss.  If you will miss an entire day, replacement components for three meals plus a snack will be provided.

The travel meal form should be dropped off at the Anderson Commons checker desk a minimum of 48 hours prior to your departure. Travel meals can be picked up at the checker stand Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. While you are off-campus, your Concordia ID card will be deactivated and you will not be able to dine in Anderson Commons or utilize your Dining Dollars.
