The showcase is always one of the most anticipated conference events. this popular industry exhibition will be located at the Fargo Civic Center. The Civic Center is a fabulous location for the showcase as it boasts convenient, easy access parking, a skywalk that connects directly to the Radisson, along with providing vendors the ability to drive directly into the building to unload their vehicles.

The showcase will take place Tuesday, February 24, 2009 from 1pm - 3:30pm.
Set up is Monday, February 23 from 1pm - 6pm and Tuesday, February 24 from 7:30am - 1pm.

Past conference attendance has included on average 120 food service decision makers. Representatives from the following states and provinces have been invited to attend this exciting event: Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

The cost for a 10' x 10' booth is $720. This includes:

1 skirted and clothed 10' table
Pipe and drape
1 identification sign

You can also request a 110v electrical outlet at no charge and/or a 220v outlet for $65. Vendors can purchase more than one booth. Contact Duane Melquist for more information regarding a second booth.

We have limited space for booths so space will be allotted on a first come, first seve basis. Upon registration of your booth, you will be contacted by Duane Melquist regarding your electrical needs, signage, etc.

We will be gather all leftover food at the end of the showcase and donating it to Daily Bread Food Bank.
