We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend the 2009 NACUFS Continental Regional Conference, Sunday, February 22 thru Wednesday, February 25, 2009 hosted by Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and MeritCare Medical Center, Fargo, North Dakota.
Conference attendees could represent up to 62 different colleges and universities and other regional food service professionals, consisting of over 250 food service directors, executive chefs, operations managers and buyers located in Idaho, Montana, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. We are expecting conference attendance to range from 100-125 members or more.
Some of the many exciting opportunities we are offering our industry vendors/partners include:
Vendor Showcase: Tuesday, February 24, 2009 from 1:00 to 3:30 PM. You can show any new or existing product applicable to the college food service market. Booth rental fee is $720, which includes pipe and drape, one skirted table, signage and garbage can.
Sponsorships: Are available for education programs, speakers, meals, breaks, social events and gifts in kind.
Register for our conference: Attending the entire conference has immeasurable benefits. Registration fee is $175. If you cannot register for the entire conference the single day registration fee is $85. This is a great networking opportunity.
Our Promise... we will do everything we can to ensure your attendance to this conference is mutually beneficial to you and your company.
We are always looking for the next new thing in food service or innovative ways to promote your products. We do have limited showcase space and event sponsorship opportunities, so everything is on a first come, first serve basis.
