I received my Bachelor of Arts in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Concordia College. I then moved to Kent, Ohio where I completed my dietetic internship and earned a Master of Science degree from Kent State University. After passing the National Registration Examination for Dietitians, I worked as a clinical dietitian and consultant dietitian in the Fargo-Moorhead area. I then returned to school to earn my doctorate from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota.
As Director of the Dietetic Internship at Concordia College, I oversee all aspects of the internship program, including selection of interns, orientation, curriculum development, study sessions, site visits, preceptor training, and interns' completion of supervised practice rotations.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from North Dakota State University in 1997.
My responsibilities include: managing the day to day operation of the residential dining operations, supervising cooks and line staff, coordinating nutrition education efforts and nutrition counseling. As Coordinator of the Dietetic Internship Program, I serve as the main preceptor for the foodservice management rotation at Concordia.
