Contract Services

Concordia’s Contract Services provides meals to organizations in the Fargo-Moorhead community. We have a high-volume kitchen, a menu database of over 3,000 recipes, a full-service warehouse, delivery equipment and a reliable staff that will make sure you receive exactly what you are looking for.

Our contract department serves groups of 12 or more that are in need of meals for an extended period of time. Clients have included:

We strive to find the balance between menu favorites and nutrition. Our weekly menus are planned by registered dietitians and feature delicious food made by our experienced culinary team. While keeping in mind the menu preferences of our customer, we focus on making sure you receive:

  • A well-balanced meal based on myplate and the Child and Adult Food Care Program
  • Fruits and vegetables your customers will enjoy
