The Beginnings menu features hot hors d'oeuvres, cold hors d'oeuvres and hors d'oeuvres platters. Add on to any item on the Casual Gatherings menu, Plated menu or create a combination from the Beginnings menu for a complete meal.
buffet Casual Gatherings

Themed buffets featuring completely customizable options, giving you freedom to control your event's menu while staying within budget. Buffet themes include: pizza, Asian, Italian, salads, chili, baked potato, Mexican, picnic, sandwich and homestyle. Casual Gathering menu options include two beverages.
chicken Plated Service

Catering by Concordia's traditional menu featuring options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The plated menu includes sandwiches and salads along with entrees featuring pork, chicken, beef or seafood. Options on this menu include sides and two beverages. 
boxlunch Picnics and Boxed Lunches

Picnic options perfect for your next family reunion or company event. Your choice of entree includes two salads and two sides.

Classic box lunch combinations featuring your choice of bread, protein and cheese. Each box lunch includes a pickle, chips and Cobber Water or canned soda.

Let Us Help

While you focus on the details of your gathering, we prepare and package casseroles, entrees, desserts and beverages for your group. Pick up orders have a 24 person minimum. Delivery orders have a 75 person minimum. Additional fees apply for plates, napkins and silverware. This menu is ideal for events such as social gatherings, funeral receptions or family reunions.
