Dining and Catering

Concordia Summer Programs is proud of our dining and catering services.  Concordia Catering is able to meet the needs of events in nearly every facility on campus.  Whether it be a mid-afternoon snack or a full service, multi-course dinner, Concordia Catering can supply your event with a versatile and professional array of delicious foods and drinks

In addition to catering, Concordia College offers its award winning dining facilities.  The Maize can provide its guests with made to order meals, sandwiches, and pizzas to to be enjoyed in a comfortable lounge.  Our main dining facility, Anderson Commons, is located in the Knutson Campus Center.  This state-of-the-art facility provides guests with an "all-you-care-to-eat" menu that consists of delicious entrees, soups, a fresh salad bard, sandwich and dessert selections, as well as a beverage line.
