Think of us as your own personal success coach!
We're interested and committed to helping you reach your potential and ultimately reach real world success. We achieve this through providing you with support services and programs that can enhance your learning, development, persistence, satisfaction, and graduation. This begins with your very first semester and continues until you are fully integrated into your course of study, leading you to graduation and the real world.
The Office of Student Success and Retention offers individualized personal support services to students and their parents. Services are available to assist students with whatever inquiry or concern they might have, as well as direct them to the right resource at Concordia. Our open door policy allows students to connect on a personal basis with staff and student mentors in an effort to create a rewarding and successful college experience.
Program services provide supportive and caring options to allow students as well as their parents to discuss all college-related issues and concerns. Parents are welcome to contact the office and their concerns will be responded to on a personal basis. Collaborating with faculty, staff and all other college services, the Office of Student Success and retention will provide assistance to any student to identify options and resources to find a solution to their concern and answer any questions.
