The Office of Student Success and Retention provides the following services:
Personal Student Support – We help students by providing individualized personal support plans and referral to other campus resources
Drop-in Services – our open door policy allows students to receive assistance, guidance, mentoring, encouragement and support
Outreach Services – We offer students uplifting and encouraging support through e-mail, texts, phone calls and personal contacts. Opportunities to meet other students and mentors are available through planned social and educational events.
Parent education and Support – Insight and information on handling various topics and situations related to the college experience; partnering with parents to ensure student success; and serving as point of contact for inquiries or concerns
Peer Mentoring Program – We work with upperclass-students from Concordia to offer a peer mentoring program. These upperclass-students are committed to the student's academic and personal goals.
