Favorite thing about Concordia: Well, besides the great education, the community at Concordia is fantastic! I love that the school is small enough that I can recognize faces and see my friends on the way to class and I love the amount of activities that Concordia has to offer.

One obstacle I had to overcome at Concordia: Coming to Concordia, I did not know anyone else here. On top of that, I was nine hours away from my friends and family at home. At first it was difficult to adjust to life at college, but once I got involved and began meeting new people and making friends, I felt right at home at Concordia.

Best advice to a new student at Concordia: Have fun! Get involved! College seems scary at first, but jumping right in and making the best of every opportunity you are given will really begin a great college experience!

Summer Job/Activities: Manderfield's bakery was my job for the duration of high school and I am returning there for the summer. I am just enjoying being home in the presence of my family, especially because my younger sister will be beginning her college experience next year.

Favorite attraction or hang-out in Fargo/Moorhead: Oh, definitely Tutti Fruitti, I love that place!

Little known fact about yourself: I love roller coasters and other thrill rides! Six flags Great America is like my heaven on earth

Favorite pick up line:  If I had a rose for every time I thought of you I'd be walking in a garden forever.
