Favorite thing about Concordia: I love how at home I feel here. I also enjoy how involved people on campus are and how I can be involved in several things.
One obstacle I had to overcome at Concordia: Figuring out the best balance of school and extracurricular activities. It was hard to manage my time in a way that I could devote enough time to the things I was involved in. I think this was an important lesson to learn because of how often time management is an issue in college.
Best advice to a new student at Concordia: Don’t be afraid to start over. Moving on from high school to college is overwhelming at times, but it can also be really exciting. Try something new and be open to different experiences because that’s when you learn a lot about yourself.
Summer Job/Activities: Living the dream in Moorhead. Working at the Village Inn and kickin it with friends, enjoying summer.
Favorite attraction or hang-out in Fargo/Moorhead: Can’t go wrong with the 8th Street Dairy Queen.
Little known fact about yourself: I don’t really like chocolate that much.
Favorite pick up line: Hello. Cupid called. He says to tell you that he needs my heart back.
