Office of Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs is home to several smaller offices all dedicated to helping you succeed on campus. Whether you have questions about Residence Life, need to know more about the Counseling Center or just need to track down Campus Information, we can help. Our office also oversees the Health Center, Academic Enhancement and Writing Center, Career Center, Orientation, Student Programming and Security. The services, programs and activities provided or facilitated by these divisions are intended to help meet the personal needs of students and to enhance the total learning experience at Concordia.
New for Students: In order to comply with federal regulations, Concordia is implementing a new student health insurance program through EIIA effective August 10, 2013. All full-time, undergraduate students will be automatically enrolled and charged an annual premium of $1,640 for Concordia's health insurance plan -- unless students have completed an on-line waiver verifying coverage through a comparable health insurance plan prior to August 30, 2013 (no refunds will be made after the waiver deadline). The on-line waiver may be accessed July 10th through August 30th at www.eiiastudent.org/cord (click on the "Waive my coverage" note). Detailed primary insurance information will be needed to complete the waiver. More information is being sent out this summer regarding the new program. If you have questions, please contact Karleen Mjolsness at 218-299-4242.
