Have you hired a student on campus?
You must complete the student new-hire packet of information BEFORE the student can begin employment. The student new-hire packet consists of several forms. Each form in the student new-hire packet is provided individually below:
- I-9
- Work-Certification
- Background check (applicable for only those students who will have access to residence halls)
- W-4
- MW-R
- Direct Deposit
Provide the student a copy of the Student Employee Handbook.
Provide the Student a copy of the payroll calendar.
