Extended Illness Benefit (EIB)



To recognize employees who may need extended time away from work for illness or disability, Concordia College provides an Extended Illness Benefit program (EIB) for all benefit eligible employees scheduled to work at least .5 FTE (1040) hours on a regular, annual basis.
