Facilities Management

At Facilities Management, we seek to provide the best possible facilities to support those who work and study at Concordia. Our department is responsible for maintaining and repairing the campus facilities, special event setups, Security , Transportation Services, major improvement and renovation projects, and much more. The Office of Facilities Management is located on the northwest side of campus, west of the Berg Steam Heating Plant.

Let us know as soon as possible when you have a repair need, so we can best prioritize projects and get your job scheduled. We can also help with several requests, including keys, uniforms and even reserving the college’s Long Lake property.

Emergency Service
All calls for emergency service (situations that are life threatening or likely to cause severe damage to a college building or facility) should be called in immediately. During normal business hours call Facilities Management at 218.299.3362. During the night, weekends or holidays, call Campus Security at 218.299.3123.
