College Corporation

Concordia College is owned by the nonprofit Concordia College Corporation, which includes congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in northern Minnesota, North Dakota and Montana.

Corporation delegates are responsible for electing members to the Board of Regents and staying informed about the progress, condition and needs of the college.

Transportation

Receipts for travel by airline, train, car rental, bus and taxi must show final charges and be submitted with your travel expense report in order to be reimbursed. Please keep track of mileage if you are driving your personal vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.33 per mile. Please do not submit gas receipts.

Housing

You are responsible for making your own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been reserved and will be held until April 8, 2013, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead. Please call (218) 284-1000 and ask for the ‘Concordia College Corporation Assembly’ rooms. Rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott will be direct billed (room charge only) to Concordia College. To be reimbursed for lodging other than the Courtyard by Marriott, you must submit a detailed receipt of payment.

Meals

Reasonable costs of meals (while traveling to and from the Corporation meeting) will be reimbursed for the delegate only. ITEMIZED receipts must be turned in. Alcoholic beverages will not be reimbursed.

For special accommodations (including dietary/food allergies), please notify by no later than noon on April 19.
