In today’s business environment, quality leadership can’t be left to chance. Leaders directly influence the level of commitment, motivation and performance of other employees. Their effectiveness plays a role in the success or failure of any enterprise.

Concordia College’s Center for Ethical Leadership will help you improve leadership skills through ethics-centered and value-based training. Our staff believe that the best leaders use their values to enhance their workplaces and communities.

To support this belief, we:

  • Invite local speakers and national experts to share tips and experiences.
  • Lead seminars that model ethical decision-making and teamwork.
  • Support a network of leaders who strive to consider ethics in their everyday decisions.
  • Maintain a resource library on organizational ethics.

Every year we choose relevant programs and activities based on input from our advisory board, college requests, department input, and feedback from members. Recent topics have ranged from servant leadership to ethical issues in managing workers.
