Erickson Hall

EricksonAcross Eighth Street, east of the main part of campus, is East Complex, which was completed in 1968. It is composed of Hallett Hall and Erickson Hall, which each house 231 men and women on separate floors.

Rooms: Most of the rooms are for two individuals, although there are a few rooms for one person. Each room is furnished with beds (80'' x 39''), a built-in closet, dressers, mirror, desks, chairs, bookshelves, study lamps, curtains and internet and cable television access.  The beds are able to be bunked, or lofts may be rented from College Services.

Information desk: The hall information desk is located in the main lobby and is open from each day from 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. each day. The desk staff monitor the building as well as making change and checking out equipment for residents.

Coed facilities: Residents have 24-hour access to Grant Center, which contains a coed lounge with a fireplace and TV.

Recreational area: A lounge is located in the lower levels of both halls. The Erickson lounge is divided into a TV room, computer lab, Ping-Pong area, and study space. The lounge in Hallett includes a TV viewing area, Ping-Pong table, study area, kitchen and computer lab.

Chapel: There is a small chapel located in each lower lounge.

Laundry facilities: Located in the lower level of the residence hall, the laundry facilities include commercial automatic washers and dryers. Laundry machines are activated by funds from your student ID card.  Students must furnish their own irons and ironing boards.
