What's the best part of being on staff?

Why did you initially apply to be on staff?

  • "I was encouraged by my dad to apply for the job, and I had a great relationship with my freshman RA. It was also a great job that I didn't have to go off campus for to make money."
  • "I wanted the experience that comes with a leadership position, and the others perks such as the stipend and single occupancy certainly didn't dissuade me."
  • "I was recommended by my RA during my freshman year. I wasn't that interested but I thought I'd try it anyway!"
