Important Dates

The following are important dates for residents and families to keep in mind for the 2012-13 academic year:

August 26: Halls Open at 8am
Move in for new students is August 26; upperclass students may move in between hall opening and class start.

October 20-23: Fall/Mid-Semester Break 
 All halls remain open, however Anderson Commons Dining Center is closed.  Other campus facilities are open on a limited basis.

November 21-25: Thanksgiving Break 
All halls remain open, however Anderson Commons Dining Center is closed.  Other campus facilities are open on a limited basis.

December 15: Halls Close at Noon
Residence halls close at noon for semester recess.  Students are not permitted to re-enter until hall re-opening.
The college apartments and townhouses remain open for the remainder of break. 

January 6: Halls Reopen at 9am
Residence halls open at 9am for students to return.*
*Special note: classes do not resume until Wednesday, January 11.  Students may return anytime between January 8 and class start.

February 22-March 3: Spring/Mid-Semester Break
All halls remain open, however Anderson Commons Dining Center is closed.  Other campus facilities are open on a limited basis. 

March 28-April 1: Easter Break
All halls remain open, however Anderson Commons Dining Center is closed.  Other campus facilities are open on a limited basis. 

May 6: Halls Close at 6pm
All halls, include college apartments and townhouses, officially close.  All residents must be checked out by 6pm.
