Summer Housing

Summer housing is available in Bogstad East and Bogstad manor for any interested Concordia students.  Rent for summer housing will be $406.25/month for Bogstad East and $393.75/month for Bogstad Manor.  Lease lengths are flexible - you can stay as long or as short as you would like, and we prorate your rent on a nightly basis, so you only pay for the time you are living in the apartment.

Students can begin moving into summer housing on Saturday, May 11th.  For those who will be staying the entire summer, the last day of summer housing is Sunday, August 11th.  For students currently living on campus, you will stay in your current housing until you move over to the Bogs for summer housing.  For students living on campus next fall, you will be able to move from summer housing to your fall location.
