Eligibility
You are eligible apply to live in the EcoHouse if you have senior or junior standing (and have already met the college’s residency requirements).
Rental Costs (please note: these rates are tentative until approved by the Board of Regents)
The rental costs for the EcoHouse will be approximately $300 per month for each student living in the house. This amount covers the rent, snow removal, and heating costs for the EcoHouse. Students will be responsible for their monthly public service charges (water and electricity). Because the EcoHouse is a unique living situation, students will be billed for their housing costs on a monthly basis, rather than a full semester charge like other campus housing. The rationale for billing students for their water and electrical charges is so that they can see the impact of their choices related to sustainable living.Amenities
- Completely furnished
- Private bedrooms
- Full kitchen
- A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer
