Vacancies
In the event a roommate moves to another room, moves off campus or leaves school, you may be required to do one of three things: 1) move in with someone else on your floor/unit who does not have a roommate or vice versa, 2) accept another assignment to your room or 3) pay an additional $650 per semester (prorated) to retain the room as a single. This procedure will remain in effect until all students residing in extra-occupancy rooms (study rooms, increased occupancy, etc.) have been reassigned or have had an opportunity to move into regular occupancy rooms.
SPECIAL NOTE: Students in this situation will be given one week to decide on an option. The director of Residential Life reserves the right to withhold the $650 option when the demand for on-campus housing or other considerations warrant it.
