Room Inspections
Generally, residence hall rooms are inspected at the beginning of each break to ensure lights are off, heat is properly set, no hazardous conditions exist, and windows and doors are locked. The college also reserves the right to conduct room inspections without prior notice to provide emergency or routine maintenance, to inspect for fire hazards or other safety-related conditions, to quell a disturbance, to protect the health and well-being of an individual or to investigate a possible violation of college policy.
