What is my Concordia address?

Anyone sending you mail should format your address as follows: NAME, CPO  #, Concordia College, 901 8th Street South, Moorhead, MN, 56562.

When are you open?

During the academic year, the campus post office is open Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 4pm. During breaks and over the summer, it is open from 9:30am - 2pm.

What services do you provide?

We sell stamps and a variety of envelopes.  We also have free priority mailing boxes available to use for shipping items.

We are also a drop off site for prepaid FED EX and UPS items.

Do you accept credit or debit cards when I buy something from you?

No, sorry we don't.  You may pay with CASH, CHECK, or COBBER CASH.

I ordered an item and it says that I need to sign for it upon arrival.  Do I need to be at the campus post office when it arrives?

No, we will sign for you when UPS/FED EX/ or SpeeDee arrives.

I'm expecting a big box.  How will I be notified that it has arrived?

If you receive an item that is too large for your mailbox, we will place a bright orange package notification form in your mailbox. Bring this to the window to pick up your package during regular post office hours.

If I move off campus do I still have a campus mailbox?

Yes.  You should have the same mailbox here for all four years. Please try to check your mailbox at least once a week as you will still receive campus correspondence here.

If I want to mail something to a friend or faculty member on campus do I need to put a stamp on it?

No.  Just put the item in the campus mail drop box.  If it is a student, please have the student's PO Box number on it.
