Commercial Mail Distribution
In effort to provide postal services to community agencies and businesses that both serve the needs of these businesses as well as control Concordia College's private postal services, this policy will set forth rates, procedures, and restrictions as they relate to commercial distribution of items through our postal services.
Procedure: In order to distribute bulk mail via our campus post office, you first need receive approval from the Post Office Manager. You can request approval by emailing or calling the Post Office manager @ postoffice@cord.edu or (218) 299-3770.

Once this information has been received, it will be reviewed and determined if your items fits the requirements for distribution. Please contact the post office manager 3 weeks prior to your requested mailing date to allow sufficient time for review, approval, and scheduling.
Cost: Most mailings will be subject to a $.10 per piece charge payable when the material is dropped off for distribution.
Restrictions: Commercial bulk mail may be restricted on certain days or the week / times of year as determined by quantity of other campus mail. Additionally, as a private church-related college, Concordia has the right to restrict on-campus distribution of materials that may run contrary to the standards and policies of the institution.
