When it comes time to register for new classes, request a transcript or get ready for graduation, Concordia’s Registrar’s Office is here to help. You’re always welcome to stop by the office and visit with one of our staff – and of course, the links and forms on this page will help you with some of the most common concerns and questions.

Log in to C-Port to verify your enrollment, check on your academic status and grades and much more. You can also search for course openings and register for courses. For those of you coming to Concordia from another college or university, you can look-up online the courses that will transfer from your school.

Withdrawal and Academic Leave
