For Students
When it comes time to register for new classes,
request a transcript or get ready for
graduation, Concordia’s Registrar’s Office is here to help. You’re always welcome to stop by the office and visit with one of our
staff – and of course, the links and forms on this page will help you with some of the most common concerns and questions.
Use our
student log-in to verify your enrollment, check on your academic status and grades and much more. You can also search for course openings on our
course schedules page. For those of you coming to Concordia from another college or university, you can look-up online the courses that will
transfer from your school.
Not sure how your grades are affecting your GPA?
Here’s how.
Finally, find out more about
your education rights and privacy.
Withdrawal and Leave of Absence
If you wish to withdraw from college or request a leave of absence, please contact the Office of Student Affairs at 218.299.3455. For deadlines, see the
academic calendar.
Double Count Policy:
In March 2007, the Faculty Senate approved a change to the double count policy. Beginning with the 2007-08 academic year, students are now able to count a course for two majors or two minors provided the following requirements are met: “Each major must contain at least six distinct course credits regardless of the size of the major. Each minor must contain at least three distinct course credits.” (p. 17 of the 2007-08 College Catalog).
