Print Projects

Whether you’re needing an event poster, a backdrop for a major campus event, postcards or even a T-shirt design, the Office of Communications and Marketing can help. We can turn your great ideas and print project requests into professionally crafted pieces of which you can be proud. We make sure all projects maintain the distinct look and feel of Concordia, while highlighting your office, department, organization or event.

As soon as you have a print project idea, complete a print project request online. Please fill in as much information as you can, as well as attaching any documents that might help. We’ll need at least two weeks for smaller projects and a few more for major undertakings – ensuring that you get the quality product you expect and printers (on or off campus) have enough time to produce the work.

A graphic designer will review costs, print options, colors and other details with you early in the process. And you will have a chance to review a proof before printing. Please be prompt in returning proofs, helping us meet your important deadlines. All projects are billed through the campus charge-back system.
