Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) is the central division that supports academic and administrative computing on campus.  Concordia College is committed to developing technology resources to support the mission and strategic goals of the college, and to enhance student learning and faculty scholarship.

ITS Solution Center

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Solution Center is Concordia College's central technology center. The Solution Center continuously strives to provide exemplary customer service for a diverse range of academic technologies at Concordia.

The Solution Center provides support for all campus computers, peripherals, software, and user accounts. Additionally, the Solution Center provides support for personal computers of students, faculty, and staff. The Help Desk staff assists students with connection issues, virus infections, and other general computing questions.
