Business Office

At Concordia’s Business Office, you’ll find a friendly staff and a wide variety of services including assistance with tuition payments and Federal Perkins Loan repayment, as well as Cashier Services for those who would like to cash a check or pay their bill.  For those students who need to purchase health insurance, a student health insurance plan is available through Koster Insurance.

Students and parents can find information on Tax Benefits for Education and the 1098-T tax form by viewing Publication 970 on the IRS Web site.  Concordia's 1098-T forms will be mailed by January 31 or may be retrieved electronically earlier in January by going to http://tra.vangent.com (if you have not already created a log-in account, click on the "First Time Students" button and follow the registration instructions).

For information on accounting and budget, business and travel expenses, cash management, and purchasing and payment, departments should refer to the Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures.  This site includes detailed information regarding accounting deadlines and documentation requirements, the use of Purchase Cards, accounts payable procedures, the W-9 Policy, etc. To view key policy requirements, please read Important Highlights of Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures.

For departmental users who need assistance in navigating Banner Finance options, there are several instruction documents now available.

Be sure to contact our staff with any questions or for more information.
