Paying Your Fees
Ways to Pay your Fees
- Cash – in Business Office
- Check/Money order – in Business Office or via mail
- Electronic Check (checking or savings) – online
- Credit Card (MasterCard, American Express or Discover) – online (A convenience fee of 2.75% of the transaction amount will be assessed.)
How can Students View Statements or Pay Fees Online?
Log on to C-Port at http://cport.cord.edu. and click on the TouchNet icon at the top of the screen. Please note that the C-Port site is for student use only--parents should use the "authorized user login" site listed below (students will need to designate parents as an "authorized user" first--see instructions under section entitled "Can my Parents View my Statement or Pay Fees Online").
To View your Statement
Click on the "eBills" tab from the top menu bar of TouchNet. This will show your most recent statement. If you would like to view earlier statements, choose a different date from the drop down menu and click "GO".To Make a Payment
- Click on the "Payments" tab on the top menu bar.
- Click on the "Pay" link on the right-hand side of the page.
- Follow directions according to payment method.
- Electronic Check from Savings or Checking
- Credit Card - MasterCard, American Express or Discover (VISA may be added soon; please watch for future announcements.)
Set up for Receiving Refunds Electronically
- Log on to C-Port at http://cport.cord.edu
- Click on the TouchNet icon at the top of the C-Port screen.
- Click on "My Account".
- Click on "My Profile".
- If you have a "Saved Payment Method" simply edit that account by checking the box under "Refund Options".
- If you need to add a new payment method, please follow the directions on the screen under that section.
Reminder: You still need to request any refunds from the Business Office. Refunds are not automatically issued. You can e-mail businessoffice@cord.edu or call (218) 299-3150.
Can my Parents View my Statement or Pay Fees Online?
Yes, if you have designated them as an "authorized user." To do this:
- When in TouchNet, click on the "My Account" tab from the top menu bar.
- Click the "Authorized Users" button.
- Complete required information.
- Your authorized user(s) will receive login instructions and a randomly generated password. After they have logged in with their e-mail address and this password, they will be able to update a profile and choose a new password.

How will I Receive my Tuition and Fees Statements?
Fall Semester: The first statement will be mailed to students at their permanent address in mid-July and is due by August 15. Subsequent monthly statements will not be mailed - students can access them electronically on C-Port. Authorized users can also access bills via https://secure.touchnet.com/C20618_tsa/web/login.jsp with their username and password. Please refer to instructions above on how to view and pay online.
Spring Semester: The first statement will be mailed to students at their permanent address in mid-December and is due by January 15. Subsequent monthly statements will not be mailed - students can access them electronically on C-Port. Summer Semester: Statements will not be mailed, but are available electronically on C-Port mid-May. Fees are due by June 15. Please refer to instructions above on how to view and pay online.
What information do I need to return to the Business Office?
If mailing your payment, please include the student's ID number on the check.
