Half time summer course enrollment

Half-time course enrollment is 6 credits or greater during the entire summer term.  All summer sessions are combined into one summer term for financial aid purposes, this means if you are taking multiple summer sessions those credits will be added together to determine your enrollment status.  For example, if a student takes a 4 credit course during 1st summer session and a 4 credit course during 2nd summer session, they will have a total of 8 credits for summer allowing them to be considered at least ½ time.  If a student only takes a 4 credit course during the 1st summer session, and is not enrolled in any other summer courses, they will be considered a less than ½ time student, and this student would not be eligible for any federal/state grant or loan program.
