Need a car or van for a college-related road trip or even an event in town? Transportation Services can help you out. Our fleet of vehicles provides safe, reliable, cost effective and convenient transportation to the Concordia community. Vehicle rentals are available for college business only.

Please email any Transportation Services requests to transportation@cord.edu or call the TS office line at 218-299-3259.

Whether you are emailing or calling with a reservation request, please include the following details:
• Driver
• Department
• FOAP
• Destination
• Type of Vehicle (Sedan, Mini-Van, Van, Cargo Van, Trailer)
• Date and Time of Departure
• Date and Time of Return
• Contact info for any follow-up questions
 
This information will expedite the process and allow us to provide you with excellent customer service.
