The following residence hall projects are planned for 2011-12:
 
Boe-Olsen, Brown, Erickson, Hoyum, Livedalen, and Park Region  - Replace exit lights
Brown  - Waterproof west wall
Brown - Roof, door and hardware repair
Brown, Fjelstad and Livedalen - Tuckpointing
Erickson and Hallett - Fire alarm system
Erickson, Hallett, Hoyum, and Livedalen - Replace water softener
Erickson and Hallett - Replace heat exchanger
Fjelstad and Livedalen - T12 lighting retrofit
General  - Flooring allotment
Hoyum - Replace fire doors
Hoyum and Livedalen - CUH valves
