The following residence hall projects are planned for 2012-2013:
 
Boe-Olsen - Fire alarm on central reporting system
Boe-Olsen - Lighting retrofit
Bogstad Manor - Setback thermostats
Brown Hall - Phased project plumbing/vent
Brown Hall - Roof repair
Fjelstad Hall - Replace domestic (steam) water heater
General Campus - Tuckpointing allotment Fjelstad and Brown
General Campus - Flooring allotment
General Campus - Sub metering of buildings (buildings TBD)
Livedalen Hall- Installation of fire doors
