FFCT (Theater) - Replace heat exchanger

Campus Campus- Parking lot improvements/maintenance
General Campus - Tuckpointing allocation (Riverside, FFCT and Library)
General Campus - Knutson Center Centrum roof awning and Grose entry roof replacement
General Campus - Flooring allotment
General Campus - Classroom Security
Hvidsten - Retrofit lighting in Christiansen Recital Hall
Lorentzsen - Replace heat exchanger
Lorentzsen - Replace HWS pumps
Lorentzsen - Room 20
Old Main - Renovations yet to be determined
President's Residence- Windows upgrades
President's Residence - HVAC upgrades
Swimming Pool- Replace filter system
Ylvisaker Library - Upgrades to the heat exchanger and window caulking
Ylvisaker Library - Hire elevator consultant
