Cancellation and Refund Policies
Participants who wish to cancel must provide notification in writing by mail, phone or e-mail to receive a refund. A 15 percent administrative fee will be charged for all refunds.

CEU Certification
A $5 administrative fee will be charged for CEU certificates.
