Seminars and Consulting for Organizations
Let us bring our programs to you. We offer customized seminars on ethics-centered and valued-based leadership for businesses and community groups. Enhance individual skills, encourage ethical decision-making, develop teamwork and improve organizational performance – all with a little help from us!
Let us know if you’re interested in leadership seminars, introductions to ethics, managing for organizational integrity, philosophical approaches to business ethics, or models for ethical decision-making.
Integration of Ethics into the Business Curriculum
Values and ethical behavior are central to the college’s mission. The Concordia Business School strives to raise students' awareness of ethical issues within their discipline. By integrating ethics into the business curriculum, students come to grips with their own values and recognize the kinds of issues they will encounter in their emerging careers.
Academic and Research Development
Tap into our center’s library of videos and books on organizational ethics. We have access to experts and specialists from the academic, business and professional communities.
The center also has developed research in the area of ethics surveys. Each year it assesses several organizations using questionnaires and follows up with consultation and workshops. We have also presented research papers on case study teaching in ethics and on managerial decision-making related to ethics.
