2013 Minnesota Private Colleges Job & Internship Fair

Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN

The Fair is sponsored by a consortium of the Minnesota Private College Career Services Offices.  It is intended exclusively for candidates affiliated with Minnesota's Private Colleges and employers interested in this group of candidates.

Students should register for the Fair by February 15; the $20 registration fee for the fair can be brought in to the Career Center by February 15.

The day following the Fair (February 21) will also be used for interviews.

The fair hosts approximately 150-200 employer organizations who are recruiting for internship/co-op and full-time positions. The employer organizations span national, regional, and local companies.

The Career Center will be hosting a prep session, "Keys to Career Fair Success" on February 8.

Post your resume on the Fair site and give employers the opportunity to set up pre-select interview for the days of the fair, in addition to the interviews established during the open booth time on the 20th. It is highly advantageous to contact employers/recruiters prior to the fair to introduce yourself, share your resume, and hopefully, schedule an interview.

Biomedical Science Panel Discussions:

Join Aerotek and representatives from 3M, Aerotek Scientific, Beckman Coulter, Boston Scientific, Ecolab, General Mills, Guidant, Medtox, and Medtronic for the chance to learn about the professional opportunities waiting for you. Both panels will be held as part of the Fair on February 20th, in L100A/B in the Mezzanine Level of the Convention Center. (Directions and signage will be present at the Fair.) 

10:30am Panel - Clinical research, Healthcare, Pharmacuetical/Medical Sales

11:30am Panel - Laboratory, R & D, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, Consumer Products, Medical Device
