FALL 2012 ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCED

Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., fall enrollment is 2,632. The student body is comprised of 786 new students including 633 freshmen.

“We are pleased with the quality of the incoming class,” says Vice President for Enrollment Steve Schuetz. “These students are starting at a place of academic strength and we are excited to take them to the next level.”

The academic profile of the incoming freshman class includes a median ACT of 25 and average high school GPA of 3.61. Thirty-three percent of students were in the top 10 percent of their graduating class for schools that rank.

Students of color make up 8 percent of the incoming class and 11 percent of the class are first-generation students.

Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., is a recognized leader in global education. A four-year, private liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Concordia ranks in the top 20 for number of students studying abroad.  All Concordia students learn one or more of nine world languages and many pursue international internships and volunteer experiences.
