FACULTY RECITAL AT CONCORDIA
   
      The music department at Concordia College will present a faculty recital by violinist Jane Linde Capistran at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, in Christiansen Recital Hall, Hvidsten Hall of Music.
    Capistran will be accompanied by Amy Mercer, piano; and Dr. Daniel Breedon, harpsichord. The recital, “Composers – Past and Present,” will feature works of Mozart and Jane Linde Capistran, as well as the premiere of works by Daniel Breedon, professor of theory and composition; and Carter Rice, a 2011 Concordia graduate.
    The performance is free and open to the public.
