WITH NURSING AWARD
Jean Bokinskie, assistant professor of nursing and director of the Parish Nurse Center at Concordia College, was presented the North Dakota March of Dimes Legends in Nursing Award at the 1st North Dakota Nurse of the Year Awards banquet Saturday, Sept. 27.
The March of Dimes ND Chapter, together with Wells Fargo and Evenflo companies, acknowledged the dedication of health care professionals by hosting this inaugural event honoring distinguished North Dakota nurses. Patients, friends, co-workers and other health professionals nominated nurses in 20 categories.
Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering 78 majors, including 18 honors majors, and 12 preprofessional programs.
