Faith, Friends and Family

fw Hundreds of families came together to celebrate faith, friends and one another during the 2010 Family Weekend celebration. A tradition over 100 years in the making, Family Weekend is a great way to experience what life is like for the Cobbers in your life.

“Thanks to Family Weekend, I’ve been able to introduce my parents to my life at Concordia,” says Melissa Orluck ’11, Brooklyn Park, Minn., “ I talk about it all the time so they hear it, but I love having them here to actually see it.”

This year’s theme, “Cobber Fun Since 1891,” was celebrated through a number of exciting events from a showcase of Cobber talent to an ice-cream social and family festival.
