ANNUAL JURIED ART EXHIBITION AT CONCORDIA

    The Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition at Concordia College opens Tuesday, Nov. 8, and runs through Sunday, Dec. 11 in the Cyrus M. Running Gallery. A reception will be from 4-6 p.m. Nov. 8 with awards presented at 5 p.m. in the gallery.
    The exhibition invites students to submit any work completed in the college’s art program throughout the past year and may include works from sculpture, graphic design, ceramics, printmaking, drawing and painting.
    A long-time supporter of student art and fostering creativity, this year’s juror Dwight Mickelson is a metalworker, furniture maker and sculptor who lives and works in Moorhead. A new sculpture installation by Mickelson will be on display in the Gallery as well.
    The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
