CONCORDIA HANDBELL CHOIRS TO PERFORM CONCERT

    The Concordia College handbell choirs, Tintinnabula and Campana, will present a spring concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 10, in the Centrum, Knutson Campus Center.
    The performance will include works by Beethoven and Duke Ellington, among others, along with a Jewish hymn, a Jamaican folksong and “The Tennessee Waltz.”
    The choir is conducted by Jessica Westgard, a Concordia graduate who performed with Tintinnabula from 1995 to 1998, the choir’s founding years. She has been the director of handbells at St. John Lutheran Church in Fargo since 1999 and Nativity Catholic Church since 2006.
    The concert is free and open to the public.
