CONCORDIA PRESENTS FLUTE DAY RECITAL

    The music department at Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., will present a day-long Flute Festival, featuring Nicole Riner, Saturday, March 19, in Buxton Rehearsal Hall, Hvidsten Hall of Music. Riner’s solo recital will take place at 1 p.m., and the festival will conclude with a Flute Chamber Music concert at 4 p.m., both in Buxton.
    Riner, an active recitalist, clinician and pedagogue, is currently a guest artist faculty in flute at the University of Wyoming. Her recital will include works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Paul Jeanjean and Giulio Briccialdi, among others.
    Both events are free and open to the public.
